Speaking & development

Let’s give your people something to carry forward.

You know your people. You know what they are carrying and what you hope they can become. I want to understand that before we decide what this experience should be.

Hear the heart behind the message

Begin with a real moment.

At the Sachse High School Senior Brunch in 2025, I shared A Coach’s Perspective on Life—Through His Momma’s Eyes. You can watch that message to hear how I connect a personal story with the responsibilities and possibilities in front of us.

The signature experience

Stay. Fight. Love. Grow.

Building Championship Leaders, Mindsets, and Cultures—Driven by Purpose

I share stories from teaching, coaching, faith, and the ongoing work of becoming better. Together, we connect those experiences to your room: how to remain present, face adversity, care deeply, and take responsibility for growth.

My aim is for people to leave encouraged about who they can become, honest about what they need to own, and clear about one next step. I want the message to show up in a conversation, a decision, or an act of care after the gathering is over.

Four message areas

01 / Leadership

The Weight of Your Influence

Leadership begins in the conversations, standards, and decisions people remember. Explore compassion, modeled character, and accountability as everyday responsibilities.

Take back to your people

  • Recognize the impact of ordinary leadership moments.
  • Practice honest conversations with care and clarity.
  • Model a standard of full effort, preparation, humility, and respect.
02 / Mindset

Struggle Is Part of Development

Face hard seasons honestly. Connect mental toughness with responsibility, support, and the Never Good Enough pursuit of growth. Move from a result to a useful response.

Take back to your people

  • Evaluate effort and preparation beyond the outcome.
  • Build mental intensity through present-focused attention and consistent practice.
  • Apply the fourth-quarter standard: understand, execute, finish, and reset when motivation fades.
03 / Culture

People Before Programs

Culture Wins—Building Championship Cultures That Last. Build trust, shared expectations, and consistent habits by investing in the people already in the room.

Take back to your people

  • Connect relationships with a meaningful standard.
  • Identify what your daily decisions actually reward.
  • Translate values into practiced behaviors and specific coaching or teaching points.
04 / Purpose

Right Where You Are

Purpose lives in the people you can serve and the responsibilities already in front of you. Stop postponing your influence until a different title, opportunity, or season arrives.

Take back to your people

  • Recognize present opportunities to serve.
  • Connect personal values to daily commitments.
  • Take the next responsible risk and give your knowledge away to develop someone else.

A focused mindset & discipline experience

The Standard Never Changes

Dominate the Next Play

The Never Good Enough Mentality in practice: evaluate wins and losses with the same honesty, prepare for the next challenge, and choose discipline over external motivation. I use my fourth-quarter coaching standards to show how details, practice, sustained effort, and mental intensity shape performance.

Participants identify their own “next play,” name the details required to execute it, and choose one improvement to practice. The message connects personal development and belief in yourself with the preparation that makes belief actionable.

Choose the right experience

Keynotes. Workshops. Ongoing development.

A keynote introduces the message and challenges the room. An extended workshop adds reflection, conversation, and application. A professional-development session or multi-part series gives your group space to work through its specific needs.

We’ll talk through your audience, timing, format, and goals together. You don’t need to arrive with a finished plan. Begin with the people you want to serve.
